A Sleekplan alternative where pull requests move the roadmap
Sleekplan, from Munich, prices per workspace like RondiLoop, hosts in the EU and syncs with GitHub issues. It does more, with surveys, NPS and a free plan. RondiLoop is narrower and follows the pull request: opening one moves the card, the merge ships it, and the release drafts the notes. It’s in early access.
RondiLoop and Sleekplan, side by side
| Topic | RondiLoop | Sleekplan |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay for | One flat price per workspace, monthly or annual, with unlimited end users and feedback. Announced at launch. | Per workspace, with unlimited tracked users, feedback and subscribers. Free Indie plan for one admin; Starter $13 a month billed yearly ($15 monthly) with 3 seats and the roadmap; Business $38 ($45) with 10 seats, custom domain and branding removal. |
| Where the data is | Servers in the EU. Mail through Brevo (France), error reports on our own servers. AI through Anthropic (USA), with personal data masked first; it can be switched off per project. | AWS in Ireland (eu-west-1), according to its help center and trust center. |
| GitHub | A GitHub App. A roadmap item becomes an issue; a pull request moves the card to In progress, the merge to Shipped. Webhooks plus a nightly re-sync. | Two-way sync with GitHub issues through labels: statuses map to labels, closing an issue marks the post Released, new issues become posts. No pull request sync is documented. |
| Changelog | When you publish a GitHub release, AI drafts the release notes from its merged pull requests. You edit them and publish. | Included from the free plan. AI drafts release notes from shipped tickets and PRs; each post becomes an email to subscribers and an in-app popup. |
| Telling people it shipped | Publishing emails everyone who left an address with a request that shipped, quoting what they asked for. | An option emails everyone who upvoted a post when it’s marked Completed. Changelog posts are emailed to subscribers. |
| Widget | One script tag, under 10 KB. No cookies, nothing loaded from third parties. | An asynchronous script. Its documented first-party cookies, _sleek_session and _sleek_product, last up to 90 days. |
| Voting and comments | Not yet. Similar requests are merged into one roadmap item, which shows how many people asked. | Yes, both. |
| Other integrations | None besides GitHub. No GitLab, Linear, Jira or Slack. | Jira, Linear, ClickUp and Azure DevOps with two-way status, Slack, Intercom, Zapier and more. Standard integrations from Starter. |
| Self-hosting | No. Hosted only; whether it goes open source isn’t decided. | Not offered. |
What the table says about Sleekplan is from Sleekplan’s own pages on October 28, 2026, linked below. Prices and plans change, so check them before you decide. RondiLoop isn’t open yet; its price is announced at launch, one flat price per workspace.
Pick Sleekplan if
- you want a free plan to start with, or a paid one from $13 a month,
- you want NPS, CSAT and surveys next to the board,
- your team needs several seats, or plans in Jira, Linear or ClickUp,
- you’d like the vendor to be a German company: Sleekplan GmbH is in Munich.
Pick RondiLoop if
- pull requests should move the roadmap card, not only issue labels,
- the widget on your site should set no cookies at all,
- the people who asked should get the “it shipped” email with their own request quoted, when the changelog entry goes out,
- you want every feature, custom domain included, in one plan.
Moving from Sleekplan
RondiLoop has no importer for Sleekplan. Importers for Canny, Featurebase, Fider and CSV are planned, but none of them exists today. Until then, moving means starting the roadmap afresh and swapping the widget on your site.
